Come da disposizioni di legge (decreto legislativo 9 novembre 2012, n. 192) alle transazioni commerciali stipulate a decorrere dal 1 gennaio 2013 si applica il principio generale che il termine di pagamento non può essere superiore a 30 giorni, decorrenti dalla data di ricevimento della fattura (protocollo in entrata) o dalle altre circostanze previste dall’art. 4 della citata normativa.
